What we do

Steady Reviews helps small service businesses — landscapers, HVAC companies, cleaners, indoor play areas, and more — automatically request Google reviews from their customers via SMS after a service or visit is completed.

Our system sends a short, friendly text message to each customer asking how their experience went. Customers who had a positive experience are routed to leave a public Google review. Customers who had a less-than-positive experience are routed to a private feedback form so the business owner can hear about the issue directly and make it right.

The result: more honest Google reviews for businesses doing great work, and a private channel for owners to catch and resolve problems before they become public complaints.

How it works

1. 1 Customer completes a service or visit with a participating business.
2. 2 Customer receives a friendly SMS asking how their experience went.
3. 3 Customer leaves a Google review if they had a positive experience, or shares private feedback directly with the business owner if they didn't.
