Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your receipt of messages from Steady Reviews ("we," "our," "us"). By receiving messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, reply STOP to opt out at any time.
SMS Communications
Recipients of SMS messages from Steady Reviews have provided express consent through the participating business at the time the service was booked or rendered. We only message customers whose consent has been collected and recorded by that business.
Message frequency: You will typically receive 1–3 messages per service event.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Steady Reviews does not charge you to receive messages.
HELP and STOP: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, including contact information for support. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately; you will not receive further messages from that business.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. For full details on how we collect, use, store, and share your mobile information, see our Privacy Policy.
1. Description of the Service
Steady Reviews provides automated SMS and email review request services on behalf of participating service businesses ("our clients"). You receive messages from us because you patronized one of our clients, that client provided your contact information to us, and you consented at the time of service to receive follow-up communications.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive marketing SMS from us. Our service is offered to businesses with customers located in the United States.
3. Your Obligations as a Recipient
- If you do not wish to receive messages from us, reply STOP to any text message. You will be unsubscribed immediately.
- If you need help, reply HELP to any text message.
- Do not provide a phone number that does not belong to you.
4. Message Content and Frequency
Messages we send will request feedback or a review of a recent service you received. Messages will include a link to a feedback page hosted at getsteadyreviews.com.
Messages are sent following completion of a service or visit. You will typically receive 1–3 messages per service event. We do not send recurring marketing messages outside of this window.
5. Charges
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Steady Reviews does not charge you to receive messages.
6. Opt-Out Rights
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Opt-out is processed immediately and applies permanently to that business. To opt out by email, contact reviews@getsteadyreviews.com.
7. Limitation of Liability
Steady Reviews provides a delivery service only. We are not responsible for:
- The content of reviews you choose to submit on Google or other third-party platforms;
- The quality, safety, or outcome of any service you receive from a participating business;
- Any disputes between you and a participating business;
- Delays or failures in message delivery caused by mobile carriers or third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
8. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and post the new Terms at this URL. Continued receipt of messages after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, reply STOP to opt out.
